And I am now married. 

Wow. 

Time really does fly. It seems like just a while ago that he proposed. And a while ago fussing over the invites.. and trying on the wedding gown.. and a few flashes later, we're back from Hong Kong and settled into our new lives together. 

It is pretty amazing. =) 

I get questions from friends asking me how married life is. For now? I tell you that it is sweaty and dusty and a lot of work! 
The house is a never ending project. There always seems like that there's something to fix or do or do! haha~ There's always something out of place or not complete or spoilt or need attention.. bah! 

not to forget the endless vacuuming. I hate dust. 

But other than that, the man, me and the little furry thing are happy under one roof :D

 I sense that familiar black hole lurking around the corner, just waiting to suck me back in.. that sense of dread, hopelessness, and..emptiness

 We got it we got it!!

Timmy and I bid for the BTO flat opposite my place and we got it!! :D:D
The odds were quite slim as the 148 units we were eyeing were like 10 times oversubscribed. 
BUT WE GOT IT!! and a good queue number too. WAHHHHH~~ and i was just whining earlier in the day about housing problems and not having enough money. thank you BIG guy up there who probably had enough of my whining :P 

wow~ i guess its really times like these i remember that i am taken care of by You. I am sorry for not letting you take care of everything and worry excessively about things out of my control.

Going to pay the deposit for both venues. 

Made an appointment with the bridal shop. 

All my relatives are buzzing.

And the ongoing house hunting.

...is when you don't need to rely on the alarm to wake up in the morning. Sms-es from the right person will do the trick. Even when they come hours before you actually need to wake up.

...is when you see him grinning to himself the whole day after he gets his new toy.

...is when something totally unexpected happens.

Saying goes, the more you hope, the harder you fall.

Loosen up. Don't expect too much. Take one step at a time.

And I am glad I took my own advice.

Things are picking up and life is looking more exciting.

At least one of them will turn out good for sure.

I love old sappy love songs, whether it is chinese or english, the lyrics just seem to mean so much more than the newer songs nowadays. Or maybe just cause..well, let the lyrics speak for me. haha~

Been quite hooked on "Glee" cause the songs and the drama are so cool. i guess i am a show choir person afterall. =D
